Today marks day 30 of a year filled with love letters! 

I’m sitting here, staring at the empty page, wondering what love wants to say to you today. My journal reads, “the words are not bold enough,” and I feel that’s true. Words can’t always express how we feel. Sometimes, we can only approximate the feeling with words, but it’s impossible to capture it fully.

Which brings to mind a vision I have. 

I believe every human being is like a box of CrackerJacks. 

The joy, happiness, fulfillment they’re searching for is already inside of them waiting to be discovered. Many haven’t found it yet. It’s that feeling of unstoppable self-trust and zero self-doubt. 

My purpose here is to help people discover that prize within them and light a little firecracker of joy from the inside out. 

Kahlil Gibran describes beauty as a light in the heart. We are all beautiful. We all have that light in the heart, but the world seems to be dimming that light.

I’ve been practicing lighting my own flame and inviting play and joy into my life, sharing it with others. 

Sometimes it’s as simple as making eye contact and smiling or saying hello to a stranger. It’s amazing how such a small gesture can create a powerful energetic connection between two people.

And it’s not just about them – it’s about me, too. By being present and connecting with others, I’m slowing down enough to truly see the world around me.

In a world where we are constantly bombarded with information and distractions, it’s easy to forget the power of human connection. 

We often get caught up in our own lives and forget to take a moment to connect with those around us. But when we do, it’s like a little spark of magic that can brighten our day and someone else’s.

It’s a reminder that we are not alone in this world and that we all have the capacity for kindness and compassion. So let’s all take a moment to slow down, connect, and spread a little joy. 

Who knows, maybe we’ll even find that prize within ourselves along the way.
