As I make time to reflect on 2023 and set intentions for 2024, there are three words that keep coming up for me. One of them is Simplicity. To simplify my business, and my life, so that I can serve more women in a way that feels nourishing to my heart and soul (like these love letters).

It occurs to me that simplifying requires the audacity to trust yourself – completely. For me to simplify, I have to have the courage to release what isn’t working and trust my decisions. For example, I’m letting go of how I think I ‘should’ use social media for a simplified plan that feels spacious and light.

I have to trust that everything is unfolding in divine order, that everything that is happening is happening FOR me – not to me (even if it doesn’t look that way in the moment) – and trust each choice, see what happens, then make the next choice. 

Today, I invite you to simplify so you can best support yourself, your life, your dreams. 

I know there are very real fears in doing this but in my experience, when I started to trust myself, my life expanded in beautiful ways and those fears got a lot smaller. I didn’t do this in a vacuum…it took support to help me see my limiting stories for starters.
