Monthly Sacred Circles
The Art of Self-Approval™
The Details
A Sacred Circle is a live, intimate group experience where women come together to do deep, transformational work in community. It's not a webinar or a lecture — it's a facilitated space where you'll be guided through practices, reflections, and real-time decision-making. You'll be seen, heard, and held as you move through what you came to shift.
I offer monthly sacred circles on a variety of topics. Each sacred circle is conducted virtually via Zoom and is recorded. Replays are included.

Stop Overthinking Yourself
Make the Decision. Trust It. Move.
You are not stuck because you don't know what to do.
You're stuck because you don't trust yourself enough to do it.
You've replayed the conversation.
You've analyzed every angle.
You've imagined every possible outcome.
And you're still sitting on the fence.
This circle is for the woman who is tired of living in the in-between.
The Real Cost of Waiting
You know what needs to go.
The job that's draining you.
The relationship that's depleting you.
The commitment you never actually wanted.
The pattern you keep repeating.
But you're afraid that saying no will cost you something:
Their approval. The connection. The safety of what's familiar.
So you stay stuck in the suffering of indecision.
And every day you don't choose, you lose a little more of yourself.
The truth?
Staying is costing you more than leaving ever will.
Why "Just Trust Yourself" Doesn't Work
If it were that easy, you'd already be doing it.
Women have been trained to shrink their needs for everyone else.
To prioritize harmony over honesty.
To fear the labels that come when we don't comply:
Selfish. Difficult. Too much. Not enough.
It's not about confidence.
It's about breaking patterns that have kept you safe — until they didn't.
And that's scary.
This circle doesn't tell you to just trust yourself.
It teaches you how.
What's Different Here
There is no wrong way to do this.
No one right answer.
No pressure to "get it right."
Just:
Grace. For the mess of being human.
Permission. To want what you want.
Compassion. For how hard this actually is.
You will not be shamed for your indecision.
You will not be rushed into a choice.
You will be held while you find your own answer.
What Changes After This Circle
In 90 minutes, we will:
- Name what you've been avoiding: The job. The relationship. The boundary. The thing you keep circling.
- Feel the difference between fear and knowing: Your body already knows. We'll teach you how to listen.
- Separate the voice of conditioning from the voice of truth: "What will they think?" vs. "What do I actually need?"
- Make a decision — yes or no: Not perfect. Not permanent. Just clear.
- Practice self-approval in real time: What it feels like to choose yourself, even when it's uncomfortable.
You'll leave with...
- A clear yes or no on the decision you brought in
- A body-based practice for discerning your truth in any situation
- The exact words to use when people question your choice
- Permission to stop explaining yourself
This is not mindset coaching. This is decisive self-leadership.
Because when you stop abandoning yourself, you stop teaching the people around you that your needs are negotiable. That ripples.

Frequently Asked Questions
"Working with Elaine is an absolute must! She will help you understand yourself and introduce you to ideas you’ve never considered before. I now have a clear imagine of what it looks like to be confident and comfortable with myself and a deeper understanding of the relationship I am creating with myself and best of all a means to get there. Her genius is how openly she sees people as they are and her gift is how skilled she is at guiding and fostering understanding."— Julia
"Elaine is a warm, thought-provoking and encouraging coach. She helps you get to the root of the issues in a gentle and loving way. And she walks her talk. She does the work needed for a coach to be grounded, clear, and deeply present for their clients. She blends a generous heart and excellent training and skills, with wisdom to create profound transformations for her clients. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to grow and overcome any perfectionism, approval, or limiting beliefs that are keeping you from having the life you choose."— Jannette Anderson, Founder of Bodacity.ca
"I was amazed at how repetitive my old thought patterns were. Elaine helped me see what was holding me back that I couldn’t see for myself. I can now acknowledge the patterns and replace thoughts that don’t serve me. I am focused on making small changes that will lead me to the larger picture. This has opened up so many new avenues for me to explore!"— Margaret
"I was feeling stuck after a divorce and losing my daughter. The work we did together made a big difference in my life. I wanted to move to Florida and start a new life with my partner. Something kept me from actually taking steps to make it happen. Elaine helped me snap out of it and I started seeing myself as worthy and deserving of the life I wanted. Now, it’s all happened! We also sold the house up north putting us in a position to have a nice nest egg and that inground pool I wanted (another little dream realized)."— JoAnn
"Working with Elaine helped me create the self-confidence I wanted to put myself "out there" and build my business. Before this program, I was very uneasy about networking and promoting myself and my business. I would do things, but I worried a lot about what other people would think, and how I would look. Basically, I worried about failing. I loved the exercises that focused on beliefs; this is so powerful when taking action from my future self, now. I know I will grow my business from part-time to full-time in the next 12 months, with the confidence to embrace discomfort and say YES to every opportunity that comes my way."— Gina
