Sacred Passages Gatherings
A Seasonal Community for Women in Midlife
The Details
Four times a year, on or near the solstices and equinoxes, women in the Sacred Passages community gather — live, virtual, and intimate. Each gathering honors the season we're moving through and whatever passage you're moving through alongside it. This is not a class. It's not a webinar. It's a circle.
Each gathering is held over Zoom and recorded. Replays are included for anyone who can't make it live.

The Inaugural Gathering
Something in you has already begun.
This is the first Sacred Passages gathering — the one that opens everything. We meet on the eve of the equinox, the turning point between seasons, to mark whatever threshold you're standing at right now.
You don't need to know which passage you're in. You don't need to have language for what's shifting. You only need to show up.
Join Her Own Authority — gatherings included free for paid subscribers.
Single Gathering Ticket — $45
Who is this for...
Who This Is For
This gathering is for the woman who has felt something shifting and hasn't had a place to bring it.
The one who's been told it's stress, or hormones, or too much on her plate — and knows, underneath all of that, it's something else. Something asking to be met, not managed.
You don't need to be in crisis. You don't need a clear story. You only need to be willing to sit with other women who are also crossing something.
What Happens in a Gathering
This isn't a lecture, and it isn't a performance. Each gathering moves through:
- A grounding into the season — what this point in the year holds, and how it mirrors what's happening inside you
- A guided reflection tied to the Sacred Passages framework — naming where you are, without needing to fix or resolve it
- Time in circle — space to be witnessed by other women, share if you want to, or simply listen
- A closing practice to carry with you until the next gathering
There is no pressure to perform clarity you don't have. You will not be asked to explain yourself. You will be asked to show up as you are.
What's Different Here
There is no agenda for who you should become by the end of this.
No fixing. No five-step plan. No pressure to leave with an answer.
Just a circle of women, a season as the container, and permission to be exactly where you are.

Frequently Asked Questions
"Working with Elaine is an absolute must! She will help you understand yourself and introduce you to ideas you’ve never considered before. I now have a clear imagine of what it looks like to be confident and comfortable with myself and a deeper understanding of the relationship I am creating with myself and best of all a means to get there. Her genius is how openly she sees people as they are and her gift is how skilled she is at guiding and fostering understanding."— Julia
"Elaine is a warm, thought-provoking and encouraging coach. She helps you get to the root of the issues in a gentle and loving way. And she walks her talk. She does the work needed for a coach to be grounded, clear, and deeply present for their clients. She blends a generous heart and excellent training and skills, with wisdom to create profound transformations for her clients. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to grow and overcome any perfectionism, approval, or limiting beliefs that are keeping you from having the life you choose."— Jannette Anderson, Founder of Bodacity.ca
"I was amazed at how repetitive my old thought patterns were. Elaine helped me see what was holding me back that I couldn’t see for myself. I can now acknowledge the patterns and replace thoughts that don’t serve me. I am focused on making small changes that will lead me to the larger picture. This has opened up so many new avenues for me to explore!"— Margaret
"I was feeling stuck after a divorce and losing my daughter. The work we did together made a big difference in my life. I wanted to move to Florida and start a new life with my partner. Something kept me from actually taking steps to make it happen. Elaine helped me snap out of it and I started seeing myself as worthy and deserving of the life I wanted. Now, it’s all happened! We also sold the house up north putting us in a position to have a nice nest egg and that inground pool I wanted (another little dream realized)."— JoAnn
"Working with Elaine helped me create the self-confidence I wanted to put myself "out there" and build my business. Before this program, I was very uneasy about networking and promoting myself and my business. I would do things, but I worried a lot about what other people would think, and how I would look. Basically, I worried about failing. I loved the exercises that focused on beliefs; this is so powerful when taking action from my future self, now. I know I will grow my business from part-time to full-time in the next 12 months, with the confidence to embrace discomfort and say YES to every opportunity that comes my way."— Gina
